Staff and Faculty: 

Below are two request forms.

• If you are having an event in your department/organization and are in need of any type of marketing coverage, please complete the general form. This will include print, digital materials, and social media requests, et al.

 

• If you need business cards/name plates/wall plates/etc. please complete the Employee ID Items form.

Please note, if you have printed materials that need to be delivered to you, you will need to allow for more time due to competing projects at the Document Center.

• Requests may be placed no later than one month before the event/time prints are needed. 

 

• • • • • Any requests made within ONE MONTH should be directed to the Vice-President of Student Services for approval. 

 

• Graphic design adjustments will be limited to no more than two design changes per project. (Not including proof changes to content/pertinent event information.)

 

• Printed materials typically require more lead time because these jobs are completed by the NMJC Document Center and is subject to scheduling.
