University Parallel Degrees
- Designed to allow students flexibility in selecting courses to transfer to meet degree requirements of four-year colleges and universities
- Designed to allow students to fulfill personal goals.
- Students do not declare a particular major in order to complete the AA or the AS.
However, they may have intended majors in mind for transferring to four-year institutions
as they select courses for these degrees at NMJC.
Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education
- Designed to transfer to universities in New Mexico which offer a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Designed to provide job skills in early childhood education settings.
NMJC advisors can assist students in selecting courses needed for their particular degree plan.
