Driver's Education
DRIVER'S EDUCATION
Workforce Development at New Mexico Junior College looks to provide a thorough yet concise educational experience in Driver’s Education. Like many skills that we learn, good driving habits can be ingrained through the proper knowledge and comprehension you learn in the classroom. NMJC will provide that education and knowledge at an affordable price in a 56 hour course. By helping our students develop respect and a cooperative attitude, they’ll become safe drivers in our community.

Classes for the Summer will begin Tuesday, May 27th and will run through June 26th.
Classes will meet 4x a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8AM - Noon.
Register in person at the Larry Hanna Workforce Development Building at 4000 W. Millen Drive, Hobbs, New Mexico.
Price: $250 per student
**Students must be at least 15 years old by the end of the course
Students must bring with them the following official documents and items for registration:
- $250 payment (we take cash, card, or check)
- Student ID
- Official Social Security Card (not laminated)
- Official Birth Certificate (not laminated)
- Drivers ED Registration FORM
