Transfer Informtation

New Mexico Junior College is often a stepping stone for most students. We want to ensure that the transfer process to a University is just as smooth.

It is our goal to help students lose as few credits as possible when entering another school. In fact, with careful planning a student can transfer seamlessly into a university.

NMJC has partnerships with Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, and Eastern New Mexico University.
Above, are several links to local Universities to help you make informed decisions about what courses you can take at New Mexico Junior College, to help make the transfer process as easy as possible for you. We suggest you take the time to do the research and work with an advisor, that way you become an informed consumer. Your education is a lifetime investment. So take the time to become knowledgeable about how a transfer works. You will be glad you did.
