Pump it Forward

" PUMP IT FORWARD"Scholarships for the Lease Pumper Training program

demo day

PUMP IT FORWARD is a scholarship program that provides a $300 partial scholarship to each Lease Pumper student that completes and submits an application (must be approved).  This reduces the student's registration cost for the two week Lease Pumper Training by $300.  With the scholarship and early registration, a student can complete this training for $900.

  • This is an excellent way to invest in the future for an individual and their family.  This training is designed to prepare students of all ages to be entry level Lease Operators.  This is one of the best entry level positions in the oil and gas industry today.   The majority of potential employers are oil and gas companies.  They offer an exciting career, good pay, excellent benefits, and a bright future.
  • "Skin in the game" is an important incentive in this training.  The scholarship is designed to pay only a portion of the cost.  This assures the student has dedicated both time and resources to complete the class, pass the test, and earn a certificate of completion.
  • A PUMP IT FORWARD scholarship is literally the investment of a lifetime.  Most area students that meet the screening requirements, complete their resume, receive a certificate of completion, and actively seek a job will be employed as a Lease Operator within 60 days and many within 30 days.  This is the beginning of a lifetime career.
  • 100% of the money donated to PUMP IT FORWARD is used for Lease Pumper scholarships.
  • Many employers will match your donation.  Increase your impact by reviewing this with your HR representative.
