E-Resources

Databases are collections of articles selected and purchased by the NMJC Library. These resources have already been evaluated by the editors, publishers and your library staff, so you can be reasonably assured of their reliability. Your research will go faster and you will end up with better results than if you had randomly searched for information on the "free" internet.

E-Journals are another way of finding articles within our databases. If you know what specific magazine, journal or newspaper title you'd like to find or want to see what journal titles we have in various subject areas, start off by searching our e-journals. It's a way to quickly determine if any of our databases have full-text coverage of particular periodical titles.

E-Books E-books are electronic versions of printed books. E-Books can be viewed online on any computer connected to the Internet. You can browse an e-Book for quick research and reference, download them to your hand-held device, or “check them out” and read them at your leisure. E-Books are automatically returned at the end of your checkout period.

Note: If you are doing your research off-campus, you will need your Banner UserID and Pin to login to these E-RESOURCES.
