MEET: KACHINA CLASSIC, NMSU, LAS CRUCES, NM
DATE: Saturday, September 18, 2004
DISTANCE: 5K or 3.1 miles
CONDITIONS: Clear and 68°, no wind
THE COURSE: The course was 95% grass with one steep hill of 700 meters in length. The hill was located approximately 1.25 miles into the race.

COACH’S COMMENTS:
The New Mexico Jr. College Lady T-Birds’ Cross Country Team ran at New Mexico State University Kachina located in Las Cruces, New Mexico Saturday, September 18th, 2004. The Lady T-Birds’ ran very well placing 6th place. The Lady T-Birds’ competed against tough four year University teams and 2A Division Colleges. Coach Cranford said, “I am very pleased with these ladies, everyone improved their time, we just need to keep improving.” The Lady T-Birds will be competing again Saturday, September 25th at New Mexico Highlands University located in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Good luck, Lady T-Birds!
