Access your account and make room requests online for meetings and events.  First time users must create an account by clicking My Account and then Create an Account.   If you need assistance, please call the Facility Scheduling Office at 575.492.4717 or email lberry@nmjc.edu.

Click BROWSE in the navigation bar above to:

  • Browse events: View a real-time calendar of scheduled meetings and events (not including credit courses) 
  • Browse for space: Search for available space to accomodate your specific needs

Click RESERVATIONS (must log in under "My Account") in the navigation bar above to:

  • Room request:  Request a room on campus for meeting or event (you can not request rooms or make changes to room assignments for credit courses); you may also make specific set up requests as well as requests for additional items needed for your meeting/event
  • View my requests:  View your requests and make changes to pending requests
