Introduction Letter from Dr. August Fons, Dean, Division of Public Safety and Community Services

You need to complete and return the following forms:

1. Credit for Prior Learning Application – Corrections
2. Certified Copy of New Mexico Corrections Officer Certification
3. Certified Copy of Current Annual 40 Hour Certification from Employing Agency
4. NMJC Request for Transcript – this document should be completed and faxed to the NMJC Registrar's Office at 575.492.2546, or you may complete, scan and email the form to PKnapp@nmjc.edu.
5. Complete NMJC Online Admission Application.

Law Enforcement

3. Certified Copy of Current Law Enforcement Commission Card

5. Complete NMJC Online Admission Application.
